Folding with high temperature resistance

The coefficient of thermal expansion of ceramic balls is small, which will not cause bearing ball expansion due to temperature in high temperature environments. This greatly increases the operating temperature of the entire bearing. The temperature of ordinary bearings is around 160 degrees, while that of ceramic balls can reach over 220 degrees

Ceramic balls have oil-free self-lubricating properties and a small coefficient of friction, so ceramic ball bearings have high rotational speeds. According to statistics, bearings using ceramic balls have a rotational speed that is more than 1.5 times that of ordinary bearings

Long folding life

Ceramic balls can be used without any grease, which means that even if the grease dries, the bearing can still operate, avoiding the occurrence of premature bearing damage caused by grease drying in ordinary bearings. According to our testing and feedback from some customers, the service life of bearings using ceramic balls is 2-3 times that of ordinary bearings

The last and most important point is insulation. A bearing using ceramic balls can insulate the inner and outer rings of the bearing, as ceramic balls are insulators. By using ceramic balls between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, insulation can be achieved. This allows the bearing to be used in a conductive environment. Rolling bearings are composed of rings, rolling elements, retainers, lubricating grease, and seals. When the rolling element is made of ceramic material, this rolling bearing is defined as a ceramic ball bearing.

When these two elements are not of the same material, there is a term for hybrid construction bearing. When the rolling element uses ceramic materials, it is defined as a hybrid construction ceramic ball bearing. The commonly used ceramic ball materials include zirconia (ZRO2) and silicon nitride (SI3N4); The commonly used ring materials include bearing steel (GCR15), stainless iron (440, 440C), and stainless steel (304, 316, 316L).

According to the usage environment, speed, load, temperature, and requirements during use, the collar and rolling element of ceramic ball bearings can be combined with the above materials to achieve different usage effects.
