Self aligning roller bearings are divided into cylindrical inner holes and conical inner holes.
The taper of the inner hole of the cone is 1:12 for the self-aligning roller bearing with the rear designation K (153000 or 113000 types) and 1:30 for the self-aligning roller bearing with the rear designation K30. This type of bearing can adjust the radial clearance of the bearing by moving the inner ring axially when paired with a conical shaft.
Folding self-aligning roller bearing rear code:
Install the tapered hole self-aligning roller bearings with the rear codes K and K30 on the matching locking sleeve to become the K+H type and K30+H type bearings with the rear codes. This type of bearing can be installed on an optical shaft without a shoulder, suitable for situations that require frequent installation and disassembly of bearings. In order to improve the lubrication performance of the bearing, there is a circular oil groove on the outer ring of the bearing and three evenly distributed oil holes are drilled, with the rear code W33.
Specific classification and model comparison:
1. Self aligning roller bearing (20000 CC type)
2. Cone hole self-aligning roller bearing (20000 CCK type)
3. Self aligning roller bearing (20000 CC/W33 type)
4. Cone hole self-aligning roller bearing (20000 CCK/W33 type)
5. Bored self-aligning roller bearing installed on the locking sleeve (20000 CCK+H0000 type)
6. Spherical roller bearings with holes installed on the clamping sleeve (20000 CCK/W33+H0000 type)
Usage Introduction
Main applicable retainers: stamped steel plate retainers (suffix E), fiberglass reinforced polyamide 66 retainers (suffix TVPB), machined brass solid retainers (suffix M), stamped steel plate retainers for vibration situations (suffix JPA)
Main uses: papermaking machinery, reduction devices, railway vehicle axles, bearing seats for steel rolling mill gearboxes, steel rolling mill rollers, crushers, vibrating screens, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, various industrial reducers, vertical seat self-aligning bearings.
